Immaculate and so comfy. Beds and pillows were amazing. Small compact room. Didn't bother us the shower and toilet facilities. The fact it was clean and comfortable was all we were looking for. Would definitely stay again.

Really not sure what the complaints about this are for. The rooms are noise proof, the staff are very friendly, and the housekeeping are perhaps some of the most vigilant that I’ve ever come across.nnThe room setup is a bit of a surprise with the shower cubicle being separate from the toilet room, but for the price this hotel was brilliant! If we come to Belfast again, we will book ETAP again

For being a more budget-friendly hotel near Belfast's city centre, we were a little hesitant about the quality of the hotel before arriving. However, as soon as we walked in, we knew we were wrong! The lobby was clean and inviting, the staff was incredibly kind, and the rooms were modern and comfortable!nnThroughout our stay, everyone on staff was courteous and helpful, the lobby was clean, the rooms were quiet, and the continental breakfast was tasty and had good options. Having snacks and drinks for purchase in the lobby was a very nice touch!

I would not stay there again and would not recommend it.nnSome front desk staff is good.However, this hotel, which does not meet the following points and lacks hospitality, should not claim to be a three-star hotel.nnI had requested a crib in advance, but when I entered the room on the day of my stay, it was not available.I thought it was useless to say anything to a hotel of such a low level, so I did not point out anything in particular.nThere were no amenities such as toothbrushes or slippers, let alone a hair dryer.And when I asked the staff, it seems that these are requested by many guests, but they don't seem to think about improving them.nThe front desk staff misrepresented the breakfast time to me, so the next morning we had to rush to eat our meal with the waiter's eyes looking at us as if we were in the way, and they never apologized.

We went midweek so the prices were very cheap. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the housekeeping team were amazing as our room was always clean.nnNo idea why there are so many negative reviews. It's a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. We slept well every night, the beds were comfortable and the noise cancellation was great couldn't hear anything outside which we were surprised about since we were in the city centre. Only noise you can hear is in the hallway when people walk up and down the corridor. Would 100% recommend if all you're looking for is a place to sleep and shower!
