Absolutely 5 stars for staff. Great location (10-15 minutes walk to City Centre). Excellent value for money. 4/5 it's only because cold laminate floor.

Firstly the staff. Absolutely brilliant. Friendly and helpful. The rest though is just unnecessarily bad. Food is dire. Struggle to provide basic foods (no chips, brown bread or ketchup during my stay). The rooms are cold, clinical and uncomfortable. Nasty laminate floors, hvac system that had two modes (deep freeze or roast you alive) and a nasty modular contraption that resembled a superloo stuck in the corner in place of a bathroom. No bath either. The management and designers behind this chain could learn a thing or two by visiting a Premier Inn....

My experience of the hotel was excellent and Rosa,Conor,Andrew and the staff were extremely helpful and informative on my first visit to Belfast, but hopefully not my last.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. No car park plenty of street parking.
