This was our first time dealing with Macklin Motors and our first Nissan. Our sales rep Owen was fantastic from beginning to end. Everything went really smoothly, he made the whole experience really easy. Manager Brian was also very attentive and helpful. Collecting the car was seamless and manager Steven was also very attentive and made a point to speak to us and make sure our experience was a positive one. We would recommend Macklin if your looking for a new car. The service was excellent, Owen's knowledge was evident, and the car itself is brilliant.
This was my second time dealing with Macklin Motors in Glasgow and once again the service was brilliant. I bought my car back in February and knew there would be a delay in receiving it. I was kept up to date constantly over the months, initially by Brian Fraser and then by Owen Billingsley. Owen took over my sale and was always on hand to answer any questions I had at any time of the day. My sale was seamless and Owen was exceptionally friendly making the process stress free. I would highly recommend Macklin Motors in Glasgow, and Owen as your salesman!!
Owen was great with my Mum, helping her buy her first new car and making sure everything ran smoothly. She’s delighted with her new Qashqai and loved the big reveal. Owen took the time to show her all of the controls and took some extra time to ensure she was entirely comfortable before driving off. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
Could not recommend this car dealership enough. From the second we walked through the door all staff were friendly and professional. John Paul was so knowledgeable and helpful and he managed to get us exactly what we wanted. We had been massively let down by another Glasgow dealership and Macklin Motors managed to turn the whole car buying experience around for us. We cannot wait to get our new car next week!

Took my car in for a service today Nissan Note . A young lady called Lindsey sat me down went over what my car was booked in helped me choose a scent for the air con spray. Lindsay then kept me upto speed with how my service was progressing. A big thank you to her and the service/garage team
I don't like writing reviews however I was really impressed by the way I was dealt by Owen who has been exceptional, informative and friendly. Would definitely recommend Macklin Motors for customers who are looking for helpful advice and information on the cars they require
Went in looking for a new car with very little time. Owen B managed to source a brand new Qashqai ePower in under 2 weeks exactly as we wanted. Forgot this was car purchase as he made it so easy and simple. It was clear from the start he was not interested in anything other than getting us what we needed and nothing else. He's a fun, jovial man and made the whole process a enjoyable experience.
I had the pleasure of ordering my new car from Diane Slack today, she went above & beyond to ensure that we got the car we wanted. I can’t recommend her enough, lovely lady with the customers best interest at heart.
