I have experienced the worst customer service with this company. They are so incompetent in their job. Since the moment I bought the car with them I had issues with their behaviour and the way they have dealt with the car problems. I reported back to them things that were wrong with the car for months when the warranty was still active and they would make up any excuse to avoid fixing it. If you are looking for a positive experience and a good customer service, this is not the place. Find somewhere else, anything would be better.

Absolutely shocking service! Mike says you're not a number and all the right words but they haven't even completed the transfer of my paper to my name properly and then say they will sort it out and call me back but I am still waiting for a call 2 days later. This was for a car bought from them  in April. Double check that your actually getting a warranty as well because it may actually be a service plan

Sold car with multiple lights on. Same day lights on and they never admits £5k gone in bin. abusive behaviour through me out of office. Shocking customer service. How the mot pass even headlights bulb not working engine warning light on. Low pressure light on. Looks MOT is not right. Once I done mot I will upload both mot certificate to see people how they seling fail mot cars.

Bought a Volvo D2 from braehead motor company a couple of months ago. After a few days I had a couple of issues with the vehicle. They took the car back and had it fixed was given a run about while the work was being done. Can't fault them car running fine now can't thank them enough for the aftercare they have provided

We have had an amazing experience with the gentleman here. Brian, Mike and Andy were all so very helpful.  We had to do a lot of work over phone with them and my husband flew up to Glasgow to pick up the vehicle.  They kindly picked him up from airport and made him feel welcome. Was looking to replace my current car with a lovely replacement at Braehead motor company the salesman Brian was fantastic and was so helpful trying to arrange a deal however it was down to the finance company that the deal wasn't possible. Couldn't fault the team and will return in the future. Fantastic and no pressure service.

Great, honest and trustworthy dealership. Purchased a 2013 Passat a few weeks back and although a couple of things did need sorted after the purchase, Andy was happy to take care of it without any issues. Highly recommended.

Spoke with Mike today about a car me and my missus interested in . Extremely helpful made us right at home with none of the breathing down your neck as soon as you step in like in other dealerships we visited this week . An honest stress free place with lovely cars in stock
