5 stars is not enough to give BMW Glasgow. Very professional both in the provision of servicing and dealing with sales staff for the purchase of my newest BMW. Would never consider going elsewhere, even though there is a BMW dealership 2 miles from my home. Both the sales and servicing staff are a pleasure to deal with. Special mention to Robbie, from whom I have purchased my second brand new BMW. The whole process was seamless. 1000% recommend this business!

I recently took my 2 Series in for an EGR cooler recall service and had a fantastic experience. Taylor, who assisted us, was incredibly helpful and professional. She explained how long the service would take and gave a clear overview of the maintenance being done on the car. Her knowledge was impressive, and she was able to answer almost all of our questions. Taylor even went the extra mile by doing some additional research for a friend who has a similar car. She informed him of a possible recall and booked his car for a maintenance check in the next available slot. Although the service was expected to take the whole day, I got my car back by the afternoon without any delays, both for drop-off and pick-up. It's always reassuring to know that your car is in good hands. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience!
Just purchased an X6 from Arnold Clark BMW Glasgow for my fiancé, and the experience was top-notch. Both the manager and the sales rep were fantastic. The car is phenomenal, we got it at a great price, and the process was super easy. My fiancé couldn't be happier. This is my 7th BMW and my fiancé's 4th. We're BMW for life and will definitely be going back to the Glasgow branch for our next cars.

Absolutely delighted with the service I received here. From the greeting at the door to the hand over of the keys! everything was perfect. My salesman Andrew Colvin couldn't have been more helpful and at no point whatsoever did I feel any pressure to complete purchase. I would have no problem at all recommending Arnold Clark BMW. All members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful, oh and make a great cup of tea! Many thanks to all the team here, a fantastic experience throughout.

Had a great experience purchasing our X3 with Ray, despite some recall issues cropping up which delayed the process it was handled really well and resolved much quicker than anticipated. Would definitely consider buying from the team again.
