I visited Glasgow Audi in the last few weeks looking to buy myself a new car. On my visit I saw in the show room an arrow grey Audi A1 which I absolutely loved. I was overseen by Jordan Gibson who was super helpful and accommodating, even setting me up for a test drive as I had never driven an Audi before. Jordan answered all my questions and was more than happy to take his time to talk me through everything about the car, any extras, as well as the ordering and picking up process. He kept me updated on everything and answered any questions I had very quickly! When the car arrived Jordan took his time to made sure to talk me through how to work everything within the car and also made sure I was completely happy with the car before taking it away. Would 100% recommend using Glasgow Audi when looking for a new car and if you can definitely ask for Jordan Gibson if he’s available as he made this experience of buying my own first car super enjoyable and special.
Second experience of buying from Glasgow Audi and it did not disappoint. Alan Martin saw a car come in, knew it was just what I wanted, arranged test drive last Sunday, collected it yesterday. It has been prepped so well it looks and drives like new. All the paperwork online was seamless, including transferring my plates. Picking the car up was a great experience, The car was inside, under wraps and Alan kindly videoed the handover so I could share with my Mum who lives abroad. Highly recommend
This is our third new car purchase from Glasgow Audi, and this one was my Daughter's first car. Thomas Donnachie looks after every purchase we make, and on this occasion Thomas introduced us to Chris Connor. Chris is very knowledgeable with the product, and offered advice and answered all of the questions my daughter had. A thorough vehicle handover due to her age and experience, which was a wonderful experience for her, and very reassuring for me as a parent. We arrived to find the car wrapped in a bow, a lovely gesture which meant a lot to my family and I. That personal touch is another reason why we continue to use a premium dealership like Glasgow Audi. Chris is now in the process of working out a deal to replace my Wife's car, which will be car number four in three years from here, with my own up for replacement in eight months. Why would we go anywhere else? You should be proud to have guys such as Thomas and Chris as your employees, they are a credit to the dealership, and the Audi brand.
We picked up our Black Edition TT a week ago. We had the pleasure of the entire process being overseen by Jordan Gibson. Jordan was extremely helpful and accommodating and really looked after us through the entire process - from ordering the car to picking it up. He kept us updated and answered our questions even when he was on annual leave! It added to the experience that Jordan genuinely seemed as excited about the car as we were. He spent a lot of time going over the controls and made sure we were totally happy with it before taking it away. While we would recommend Glasgow Audi overall, definitely try and get Jordan to deal with you if you can!
Best experience with all the staff here, Stevie, Kev and Chris to name a few. All professional, friendly and make it an easy stress free experience. They listened to my thoughts, discussed options with me not to me and got answers! It's definitely great to have people in the car industry speaking with me and not to me like I'm clueless. Our experience in buying a used car from Glasgow Audi has been excellent from start to finish. Cameron McFarlane was totally committed to finding exactly the right car, and took the time to understand our needs and preferences. We are very happy with the car he tracked down for us, and it was prepared to the highest standard. A thoroughly efficient and enjoyable experience, I recommend this dealership.
I have just bought my first Audi and was blown away with my experience. Kevin went above and beyond keeping me up to date with the progress of my car and when it would arrive in the country. Arrived last night to pick up my new car at the new plate launch and was such a personalised experience which I have never had before with any other dealership.
My experience at Glasgow Audi was superb from start to finish. David Wright and Steven Malcolm were so attentive from the get go and not remotely pushy. They explained all options clearly and concisely. Their customer service was second to none and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Will be shopping with them again in the future. An unforgettable experience! Alan Martin and Scott Clacher are hands down the best at what they do, the process of trading in my current vehicle in and buying my new S3 felt almost effortless, both Alan and Scott were very professional, very helpful and both catered to my needs when looking for my new car. When looking for my new car, I asked for certain items that I was looking for within the vehicle such as… Audi S3 Black edition Virtual cockpit Wireless charging Within 2/3 days of enquiring about a new car with Alan face to face, I got a call saying he had found the exact car, model, and spec I was looking for!!!! Both alan and Scott are a real credits to the Glasgow Audi and I will be back for my next car! Alan and Scott if you see this, thank you so much for making me an extremely happy guy!
Glasgow Audi very good to deal with, good selection of new and used cars.Nice spacious showroom. Stephen Rooney sales advisor is very helpful, knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to deal with. Stephen emailed through all relevant paperwork, and kept me updated as required with relevant phone calls. On picking up my car, all controls etc was explained making it easy to understand. Car was well presented. All together a very pleasant experience.
