Great experience, dealt with Connor when buying my car who walked me through every step of the sale making sure I was comfortable and understanding of the sale. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car! Then during our handover we dealt with Lara, who helped me with all my paperwork and gave me a good walkthrough of the car! Absolutely fantastic service from the dealership, one of many cars my family have bought from Carz and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a car!
Had a great experience buying with the help of Andrew Brodie. I came in twice and tested a number of cars and Andrew was very patient and had so much knowledge about each car. I left feeling really pleased with my decision to buy a 2015 Renault Captur
Went to the dealer looking to see what options we could have regarding getting a better family car and the customer service was amazing. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so nice patient and caring to our needs and questions. Steven Lang showed us around a couple of our options and was very kind, polite helpful and patient, specially since we were browsing with an inpatient 1 year old baby. Steven was really helpful, he explained to us all our options and differences with the cars we were interested in. We had the best experience there. Really praise and recommended the customer service.

Just like to thank the amazing staff for their help when I was looking to treat myself to a new car. I told them what features I liked, economy, budget and even the colour I prepared and low and behold they came up trumps for me. Happy customer due to knowledgeable and caring staff. Well done Peter Vardy for making this pain free for me.
By far the best car purchasing service I have ever used. Modern, comfortable and convenient indoor showroom in Hillington with a good selection of cars. Great staff, not pushing for a sale or trying to stretch your budget, just guiding you through the process. Highly recommend seeking out Mark Dyer to help you out and make sure you get the best deal. The first car garage I would go back to for future car purchases, heads and shoulders above the competition. Great website too with easy tools to figure out finance etc before you attend the showroom which makes the whole purchase process far easier.
After searching on line for a smallish car I visited the Hillington site to view a Citroen C3. Andy was extremely helpful and patient and explained everything about the car. Anything he didn’t know he found out quickly. Making the decision to purchase, but Lara was also very friendly and efficient on the handover appointment. I’ve been extremely impressed by the friendly and very efficient service by all the staffs I’ve spoken to and highly recommend both Andy and Lara. Thank you for a pleasant experience choosing my car.
Excellent service as always. Smooth experience through the whole event. Staff are welcoming and happy to help with any queries without being pushy and Chris Drennan was our sales agent and looked after us securing us a really good deal on our car. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. The set up is seamless and great for families.
Great experience from start to finish. Made to feel welcome from when we walked in the door. Coffee, cakes, your own personal sales agent. We spoke to Gary about a car we had viewed on the website, it wasn't in the indoor showroom, but he sourced where it was and brought it in to us to view. We decided against the car, but found another which he was more than happy to take us for a test drive. We decided to go with that car after the test drive. The buying process was simple and no pressure was felt to buy the added extras, but they were explained professionally by Gary. Gary was very polite and courteous, chatty the whole time we were there and made us feel valued as a customer. His boss also came over and introduced himself and was available for any queries, nice touch. All in all a great experience from start to finish and a happy wife to boot. Well done Peter vardy.
Robert from the Hillington branch was super helpful when helping us find a new car in our budget without just trying to sell us any old car. Was great at helping us find one after the one we went to look at was not up to standard. Couldn’t recommend him enough if you’re looking to get a new car
