I just picked up my new Honda HRV yesterday and to say I am delighted with it would be an understatement. Grant was very knowledgeable, especially as this is a completely new model, he spent a lot of time with us going over all the features of the vehicle before taking us out on a test drive. He made the whole process seamless, from placing the order right up to the point of delivery, keeping me updated on how the vehicle was progressing through the delivery process. This is a Dealership that values their customers, there in a warm friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I will have no hesitation recommending Grant and Henrys Honda to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
Just picked up my new car on Tuesday and couldn’t be any more pleased with it. I’ve been dealing with Henry’s for a few years now and in particular Mark Torrance, Mark couldn’t be anymore helpful or professional and in all honesty I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else, it’s like visiting an old friend. I’ve always found changing over my car over effortless and with no issues. Look forward to seeing you in the future Mark and you can help me with my purchase once again.
Just purchased the small Jazz crossstar from the most excellent sales executive, Mr Bobby McDonald today. Bobby helped us through the whole process and dazzled us with his charm, good humour and helpfulness. I can honestly say that this was the easiest car purchase in years and Bobby was outstanding in his willingness to make the experience a good one. Having looked around and having been courted by many sharp tounged salespeople, Bobby's unassuming and friendly nature was very refreshing. Courteous, respectful and considerate service appeared to be Bobby's style. I appreciate good service and Henrys Honda have really delivered through the awesomeness of Mr Bobby McDonald. In summary, if you want a car from Henry's Honda, ask for Bobby. I will certainly be calling him come the time for a replacement. 5 stars for Bobby, 5 stars for Henrys Honda. 5 stars for the manger who hired Bobby.
First time customer of Henry’s and this has been my best car purchase experience. Bobby handled the process smoothly from enquiry to car pick up. Bobby also ensured that I felt comfortable with the new car technology by linking to various tutorials. I have no reservations about recommending this dealership.
First time I have used Henry's. Having looked at local Honda dealers to choose which to use for the servicing of my car I settled on Henry's due to other good reviews. I am glad I did, stress free interaction and the customer service was excellent throughout. They discovered an issue with a light that they flagged could be sorted under warranty with no issues. I will definitely be using them again for my next service.
Picked up my new Honda Jazz yesterday. Was nervous about driving an automatic hybrid but Bobby explained everything very clearly to me and made it clear that that support would be ongoing for as long as I need it. It was nice to feel valued by all the staff in the Crossmyloof branch. They clearly value their customers - something you don’t always get. I would have no concerns about highly recommending both the dealership and the brand and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future!
Visited Henry's after I was infected by the strong urge to own a Honda jazz as soon as possible. We were helped by Bobby McDonald, who showed us a few Jazzes and talked us through our nerviness over buying our first car. Every interaction we had with everyone at Henry's throughout the purchase process was great too. If, like me, you're fairly worried about getting ripped off and want to avoid that, Henry's is a good place to start. Cheers Bobby, we'll be back if the jazz ever dies

Collected our new civic today from Henrys Glasgow. A special thanks to Grant for his professionalism and attention to detail for making what can be a daunting experience so straightforward. Thanks also to Susan on reception. We had been to various dealerships but Henrys impressed the most. Would readily recommend.
Today I drove away from Henrys Honda Glasgow with a brand new HR-V hybrid. The entire process took just 4 working days. Bobby McDonald was very attentive and accommodating from start to finish. He took time to explain and demonstrate aspects of the vehicle which were different from my previous Honda. I am amazed at how quickly Bobby and Henrys Honda Glasgow got me back on the road. Delighted with the car and impressed with how smooth the whole process was.
