I was lucky enough to have a box to myself in this lovely theatre. The seating would be a bit tight if all three seats would’ve been taken but this way I had an absolute blast. The seat itself was comfy and you were able to see most of the stage for Hadestown.
Came here to see Hadestown. Good theatre, with a great view even from the balcony, friendly staff and comfy seats. Toilets were clean and well managed. Would happily come to this theatre again.
The Lyric Theater is one of the most famous theaters in Londons West End. It opened in 1888, making it the oldest theater in the area. With a rich history the interior retains much of the original Victorian charm, and intimate atmosphere. Saw Hadestown here and the entire production was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend the show if you like great singing and dancing.
Immaculately maintained old theatre. The Lyric felt like a relatively small and intimate theatre. Lots of tiers, but no seats are very far from the stage, just high! Friendly enthusiastic staff! Hadestown is absolutely amazing!
A very nice theatre. We watched Hadestown. Seated front row in the dress circle, the view was perfect. Only the air conditioning was a bit noisy in silent moments.
I went here to see Hadestown. The show and stage were absolutely gorgeous and amazing, the drinks were nice, the staff super friendly. So why 3 stars? Because the seating was so incredibly cramped, that by the time the second half was barely underway, my legs were hurting and uncomfortable. I was in the grand circle, so I don't know if it's like this everywhere, but the seating here was extremely uncomfortable. I'm not even that tall at 1.75m, it was worse for my husband of nearly 2m. The toilets were equally conservative with space and I had to squeeze to get in and out of the stall.
Beautiful theatre in Hammersmith, less than 5 minutes from the tube. Went to see Wedding Band which was very good. The theatre still has some lovely old features. Second row in the circle and seats were brilliant. Great vibe there.
Came to see Hadestown. Show was fantastic, so glad we got to see this unforgettable show with amazingly talented cast. The theatre itself is beautiful, really good layout, great toilet facilities, all seats have a good view of the stage. And the stage itself was great size and adaptable.
What a great theatre! We came to see Hadestown, it was great! Absolutely well worth watching! The theatre itself is very nice, very well looked after and considering I'm 6"1, there is enough room in the seats! Will definitely come back.
I saw my favorite musical Hadestown here! The wait staff was incredibly friendly and were very welcoming! The theatre is spacious and in general just a really nice venue!
