These guys have got selling cars honed to a fine art, I made contact with Steve after an Audi Q7 he had advertised ticked all of the boxes on my wish list and i must say his customer service skills are second to none. All of my questions were answered truthfully without any pushy sales techniques being applied. I decided to buy the car and when i went to collect it i was very impressed with the way it was presented, the car is spotless inside and out which is testament to the team at LTV who are a credit to the business. I will without doubt use this guy for my next purchase, thanks again Steve and please pass on my comments to your team.
Bought a Range Rover Evoque from LTV last weekend.Car was in absolute A1 condition as we're all the other cars that were there.From Start to finish Steven made the sale & part exchange of my old car so easy.It was great when Steven told me to not come up until the day the car was ready as I am from Hertfordshire.Just paid the deposit & if i did not like it he would refund the deposit.Car was Superb just like he said.I will definatly use LTV again.
10/10 experience, simple and straightforward transaction and car was ready to drive away on the same day. Impressive range of cars on display and it's clear that this company only deals with specific vehicles. No flannel, no pressure, this for me is how car sales should be. Steve even came straight back to me after purchase on a query on a Sunday, and called me 1st thing on the Monday to follow up-that's what I call service. LTV will be my 1st port of call going forward. Many thanks
Dealing with Steve during these difficult times. Professional affable and assuring. Secured a Mercedes E350 AMG sport and part ex my ML and S Type Jag. Perhaps I could have got more selling my cars individually but my circumstances at this time are complicated and there was genuine empathy from Steve. So a double part ex not the norm and hope to pick my new one up by Friday paperwork permitting. I will be back within 12 months to buy an XJ Portfolio and meantime I post this review as an indication of the unparalleled experience from this dealer. Unique
I bought from Steve Birtwhistle , and having been in the motor trade , I expected to be told a few fibs . Steve was great , and the car also has proved very satisfactory . If summat goes wrong , well it's fair enough , but up to press I'm the owner of a very nice Merc CL500 . Pleased doesn't cover it ! Excellent . p.s. NO Fibs . Just a good deal.

Absolutely fantastic service, bought a BMW 730Ld M sport and I can say LTV are the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with, cannot recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future and telling my friends about them.
