I am now writing this review some time after the car purchase. The car was purchased and was well presented and ready for us to take away. However after a short time of having the car a few issues arose as can happen with used cars. Now for the best bits, we called our salesman Adam Clayton who arranged for all the repairs to be done, checking everything else was good with the car. The service received was absolutely second to none , We cannot fault the treatment we were given and we would definitely recommend Adam and his colleagues at Parkhills.

Absolutely brilliant customer service! Adam was extremely helpful without being pushy,  giving me all the information and time I needed to make a decision. Great affordable cars available with package and payment options that suit anyone. Couldn't fault them, would definitely recommend!

This is the 3rd time that we have bought a car from these guys because the service you get is next to none! The customer service is excellent and thank you to Adam who spent hours on the phone sorting out our private number plate I’m sure you had other things to do! And you could have sent us away and told us that it wasn’t your job but you didn’t. And also thank you to Barry who fitted our wind deflectors. The cars are also top notch we’ve never had any problems, thank you!

Bought a Mercedes with missing service history and was a bit worried about parting with my cash but it turned out to be a real good buy. I’ve talked to a couple of the guys at Parkhills during the sale and it was a pleasant experience. I’m sure they wouldn’t sell you a car that wasn’t worthy of their showroom and the AA inspection gives peace of mind. Had my Merc in for a B service at a respected Indy and he says it’s a good car. Overall I’m well pleased with Parkhills and would recommend to family and friends.

I bought my car from here about 5/6 months ago and had a great experience with the purchase. Recently I had an issue with the car and the warranty advised me this wasn’t covered. Paul and the team went above and beyond to help me out and managed to successfully appeal the decision by the third party warranty company meaning the repairs were covered. Great service and after care

All good with me. Purchase this week of Mazda 3 was very much what I was looking for so an easy sale this one for Simon. Full main dealer history so hopefully a good one. Not a major issue but could not match the trade in price for my Alfa so I sold elsewhere. Incidentally by sheer coincidence our second car a Suzuki purchased from them some years ago still running well.

I'm very happy with my new car! BMW 420D the team is very good and thoughtful. The Dealer Barry is wonderful, helped me in every step and cleared all my doubts!

Worst garage i’ve ever dealt with, my partner was looking at purchasing the audi a3 here recently,  registration YD14, after test driving it we noticed a loud knocking noise on the steering  and the clutch was absolutely broke , we was told the car had not been serviced for 6 years. After all these things we give them the chance to put it right and said we would still buy it but they was adamant there was no problems with the car and that doing a service on the car for us before buying wasn’t something they did. The manager then said our expectations are too high, stay well clear of this garages used cars !

Great garage, with very personable staff that ensure you're well aware of all the steps during the buying process. To improve the rating to a 5/5, they need to take more time during the after sale process, showing the prospective buyer the functionality of the car.

Great experience buying from Parkhills, very professional, formative but most of all non pushy!!! Felt at ease straight away with Paul and he even did the paperwork for the private plate swapping over!!! Would definitely recommend and would definitely use them again!!! Well done Paul and thanks again..
