In my opinion due to my very bad experience there, I believe they are very bad traders.But I will present you with the facts and you will have to decide for yourself. I will keep you informed with the Judges conclusions from the coming Court Hearing. Although CSF MOTORS might appear to help you alittle, I had to really battle with them and only after threatening legal action did I get any resolution at all for some of my smaller issues.They knowingly sold me a car that had been purely neglected and failed the basic safety checks. I bought this car end of October 2016 and Now it's 2018. This car has been off the road for 9+ months in total now. Within only 2 weeks of driving the car it was deemed dangerously unsafe to drive from Halfords Autocentre as Rear discs and brakes pads were corroded so badly and well below minimum safety regulations- Only a month later, I had 3 months of Hell with electrical, ignition and engine power problems, which resulted in car for being off the road for those 3 months, x12+ breakdowns and x4-5 tows. The wrong battery had been fitted, A battery for a 1.0L Car had been fitted rather than a battery for a 1.8 Turbo sports car. In among all this electrical and power issues there was a sealant problem that has now been confirmed by a comprehensive report and investigation. The Sealant problem clearly existed back In November 2016 (Only 1 month after point of sale) but after two independent garage investigations they believe it was almost 100% certain it existed at point of sale, as these problems don't just appear overnight and all the indications and evidence support this. It was due to a rogue quick repair, but it was masked by all the other Electrical and Engine Power issues- However as it was not the main warnings on the Diagnostic report, the mechanics could only work with what they had- Primarily the Power Issues. The "Low oil pressure" and the deteoriating Sealant was not at its peak /Worst in November, It was clearly ongoing, and the loose sealant were only small in size, only partly blocking the Oil pump momentarily but sufficient to give intermittent warnings, How could the investigating Garage possibly know this at the time when it was being masked by all the other power issues, thus it was overlooked as spurious indications as much more fundamental problems were indicated from all the diagnosis faults.However long story short - After only doing 12,000 miles on it over the 4 month period when I could actually drive the car, (which I must add I paid for a Full service at this time) - The unknown sealant problem caused the Oil pump to block detrimentally which cooked my Engine and Turbo charger. CSF Motors have refused any liability, not offered any resolution and said the finance company will have to deal with it as it's out of the 6 month warranty. Clearly all my problems I have experienced from the onset and now having to replace my whole engine is clear evidence of how badly they treat their customers , the bad quality of the cars they provide and their complete disregard to the safety of their customers on the road and extremely poor unacceptable aftercare.They think its OK to sell cars with only 69,000 miles on the clock, and it's acceptable for their customers after only doing 12,000 miles on a car to replace a whole engine, let alone having all the other issues with it. I am in the process of taking these people to a small claims court - Court Proceedings have commenced.They would not treat their friends or family like this, so why should they treat a member of the public, who spent £8000.00+ on this car.I really dislike people who rip off hard working honest people.If I can stop one person experiencing the hell I have had by not using this dealer than I think It would be a good thing!I will leave it up to you and the judge decide and what type of dealer they are by the facts.

I drove 290 miles to look at a car and unfortunately it looked nothing like it did in the photos. They did offer me a coffee hence the one star rating.
