My experience at Cartime Bury was positive because, from start to finish, I had been shown several vehicles by my personal sales executive, Mitchell, that met my requirements, chosen the one that I wanted, had my trade-in checked over, my new car prepared to drive away, with a full tank, my vehicle excise duty swapped over, finance applied for and approved, all the paperwork completed, ready to go, in just over 2 hours. This is my fifth car from this dealership and I've found their service to be exceptional each and every time
Excellent & smooth transaction whilst purchasing a new car for my elderly mother. Mo quoted a trade in price on her vehicle without seeing it and on the day of exchange honoured the full price as per quotation. We had been bracing ourselves for a slight knock down in price as you can often get with other outfits however Mo stayed true to his word. Great guy to deal with, extremely patient with my mother and gave her all the information, time and most importantly the car she has wanted for the past 12 months. Thank you Mo, you're a credit to Cartime.
I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to think twice. Once they have your payment, the level of service drops dramatically.nnThey advertise a “62-point check,” but in my experience, that check seems completely non-existent. If it had genuinely been carried out properly, the numerous faults with the car would have been identified before it was sold to me. The fact that the same car is now back up for sale with them says it all.nnI had to call every single day trying to get the issues sorted. Each time, I was passed from one person to another, constantly being told someone would call me back — but no one ever did. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no proper follow-up.nnThe only positive part of my experience was Chantelle from customer service. She was polite and genuinely tried to help, but unfortunately, she could only do so much within what seems to be a very poorly managed system.nnOverall, extremely disappointing service. Great until they take your money — after that, you’re on your own. I would not recommend.
I would recommend Cartime at Bury as a reputable car dealership. My sales person was a chap called Haider.nI told him exactly what I wanted and didn't want too many choices. I informed him of the makes and models and roughly the mileage and my budget.nHaider was polite, courteous and not pushy or condescending in any way.nHe showed me 3/4 vehicles to my specifications and the last one was perfect. It was a little over my budget but after the test drive it was definitely my favourite.nThe sales procedure was simple and I would definitely go back if I needed to buy another vehicle.nHaider is a credit to the company.
Bought my new car from Cartime last week and it was the smoothest experience I've ever had buying a car! I was looked after by Filippo Silvestri Pip and he was the perfect salesman! He kept in touch by text message and had the car ready for me to pick up in record time and perfect condition! I am in love with my new car and can't recommend this company and Pip enough! Thank you.
