My daughter purchased a seat Leon as she needed it for work due to her travelling a lot, we went to car time with a lot of hope that the car we purchase will be reliable, the amount of issues we had with the car upon receiving it is insane, firstly they just want you to purchase the car and promise that any dents in car will be dealt with later, unfortunately they don’t keep their word. My daughter had issues with oil, they forgot to give the car wheel key and now she has to buy it, the petrol is leaking from the car and that is all within the first 4 weeks of buying the car.  Absolutely disgraceful she is only 23 and has given her whole savings for this car and now is faced with multiple issues, please be alert when you buy the car and make sure you do your own checks.  I have just read the response given by Car Time, I will be escalating the matter further and we expected that you did a thorough check, only been 6 weeks issues with tyres that’s how this has flagged up and only certain nuts fit as they have some sort of code so you can’t just go out and buy one, what a mess this whole experience has been.

Had a very pleasant experience booking in process was very smooth. Katie was a star. Only complaint is that my dash cam is not unplugged as it's a hassle getting it to work again!! Other than that pleased with how smooth everything was. Would recommend cartime to everyone!!!!!!

Bought a used Tesla, Sam was great during the whole process and gave me a good price for my part exchange. Very happy with the service, it's been very easy to change my car with Cartime will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

I have just purchased a second hand vehicle from Cartime and cannot rate the experience highly enough. I spoke initially with Noel one of the sales teams and had a frank conversation about my vehicle and its condition. He came back with a very reasonable offer for my car and I was happy to make the three hour drive up to see the potential new car.nNoel was very easy to deal with, not pushy in any way and honoured the initial offer on my car which I was pleased to see the back of!nThe car I purchased was ready to be seen and driven, and reflected the initial advert I’d seen on autotrader.nOverall, I would say that Noel is a credit to Cartime and made the buying experience a stress free one. Big thumbs up from me!

I bought a car in December 2023 and have done 1500 miles since.nnWhen I bought the car i was told that the wheels needed a refurb. Due to not being in a massive rush to collect the car, Cartime told me they would refurbish the wheels. In collecting the car the alloys looked okay.nnFast forward to a few weeks later and I the car professionally cleaned and ceramic coated and was informed by the valeter that the alloy wheels had been sprayed with a cheap gloss which had washed off. This left the wheels looking horrific. Hopefully the photo is attached. I contacted cartime bury and they advised that the alloy refurb was never agreed and that they would pay for one of the wheels only.nnI realise I didn’t have this on an email but it was agreed in good faith verbally that my alloy wheels would be refurbished. They’ve clearly botched the job and done it on the cheap to get rid of the car.nnMy advice is to avoid the company. If you choose to buy a car from them go over every inch of it so you don’t get any nasty surprises.
