Had the pleasure of dealing with a young man named Callum. He was very attentive, helped with everything , explained clearly and couldn’t do anymore …….. also fez the manager was amazing and helped us along the way. Happy to say we are now new owners of a car from here . Definitely recommend.
Jason was brilliant! Smooth and quick service. Got more than I expected for my trade-in and drove away with a good value new car. Any issues I noticed on viewing of the car were sorted before I drove away :
Absolute disgraceful service, spoke to a salesperson on the phone, agreed manager would knock £300 off the price of the vehicle. Turn up to view the car, manager realises I’m a taxi driver and require the car for taxi purpose so he decides to knock only £99 off the vehicle. Telling me taxi drivers will buy it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to buy from these guys bunch of crooks. On the picture states car buying never felt so good, it felt good not buying from you. God knows what your after service would be like..
We had a great experience at Cartime in Bury when my wife bought her first car. Jason was fantastic—really helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. There was no hard sell, just genuine advice and great service. Would definitely recommend!
