After ford in Rochdale let me down with utter incompetence, phoned these guys. With less than an hour until closing time they let me come in and test drive the managers car before he finished work. Whaaat?! Where do you see that kind of service these days? I’ve bought a lot of cars, AUDI, BMW, VW, LANDROVER/RR, PORSCHE, HYUNDAI and more. None of them have been as accommodating as EH bury new car sales. Really sorry I can’t remember names but I will add them when I go in again next week. Brand aside, the guys in here go above and beyond for you. So, if you want a new ford - TRUST ME, avoid Rochdale for one, avoid Bolton rang them too, you’d have thought I’d have asked to borrow the company AMEX for a week and come here. Thinking about a mustang for myself now, not got round to it but I’m thinking why not, I know they’ll sort everything properly. Thanks again.
Very, very happy with the customer service provided by salesman Jack Holden. A credit to the company and as a direct result, I've now ordered a brand new Focus ST-Line. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite and not pushy at all.
Cayne, Neil & Megan were absolutely fantastic looking after us from initial enquiry, to arranging a test drive & finally tailoring the finance deal specific to our circumstances.nnWe chose Ford and in particular Evans Halshaw Bury over both Skoda & Cupra. We’re really happy with our new car & very much enjoying driving it, thanks Cayne, Neil & Megan.
Do not ever leave a deposit or buy a car from these people!!! This has been possibly the worst and incompetent service that I have ever received. I put a £200.00 deposit down on a Ford Ranger just before Christmas 24th Dec 2025. I spoke with a member of the team on the phone who informed me that they would get the car ready and cleaned for my arrival.nnSunday 28th December - I drove an hour and a half to view the car and the vehicle was in a horrendous state. There was bright yellow paint marks in the console area, there was rust at the tailgate end, a big chunk of the side stepper was missing, lots of scuffs and dents, Was definitely not worth driving up for. The person that I dealt with can not remember his name but he was a coloured guy was useless, he could not even open the tailgate, therefore I had to open it for him. He kept umming and erring about whether or not that the damage would be properly fixed rather than just a bodge job paint over. I would never pay £30k for the state of the car that it was in. I said that I do not want the car and that I would like my deposit back. The coloured guy asked me to email over my bank details to get that deposit back within three days.nnAs soon as I got home I emailed my bank details over and I still didn’t receive payment within three days. I rang up Ford and spoke with a Guy called Dylan who promised to get back to me that day regarding the payment issue but never bothered. I emailed the coloured guy twice who never bothered to get back to me either.nnI rang up again the next day Fri 2nd January and spoke with a guy called Dave. He informed me that he only received my bank details yesterday, when I was told that they were sent to the payments team over a week ago. I was told that if I had not received my money by the end of the week then to call Dave again. I received a call from Dylan on the Wednesday who then asked me for my address to process the payment and told me that it would be paid into my account that evening or the next morning. Yet again no payment received and I have had to waste my time chasing it again.nnI had to ring up again Wedns 7th Jan because my money was still not in my account nearly 2 weeks later. I then had to ring the payments team Thurs 8th Jan who said that they only received my bank details on the 7th of January when I was promised that they were sent on Monday, the 29th of December.nnIf you are thinking about leaving leaving a deposit with these guys then DO NOT BOTHER, as you will lose your sanity trying to get it back. The amount of times that I have been lied too, dealing with incompetent people and a poor lack of communication is far too many. I have still not received my refund and I am having to go down a different route to retrieve it back from them.
