Perhaps it's you "KL" - I've always found the staff to be courteous, happy and friendly (though that could be because I do regularly compliment them on the size and shape of their buns). Love this place.

Ugh. Staff here have always got a face on! Probably nice to the people who are happy to pay £6 for a crap sandwich but I'm not one of them. Ice cream is overly Ivey as though itS been refrozen again an again, is faaaaaar too expensive and the girls are downright rude. They stare at me struggling to get in with my buggy and not once do they offer to help and they never smile or say hi back to me. Hate this place
