A perfectly nice airport lounge with all the amenities you would expect. A little tricky to locate as the entrance is hidden away slightly. As ever, spending time here is far preferable to the main waiting area but do pay attention to the flight board as gates are announced only very close to actual boarding time and some are a fair distance away.

Nice sizeable lounge with lots of different areas. Good views over the airport and wide drink selection.

Big lounge. Modern and new. Good selection of free pour alcohol, coffee and soft drinks. Food is self service Bufett of 'sloppy' stuff I.e curry, chilli, rice but tasty. I prefer this lounge to its Heathrow counterpart.

By far the rudest staff I have ever met!! They were “too busy” for my children too accompany me, even though I am a executive member! I have never experienced such poor customer service from BA and discrimination against having children!
