Visited the Strand branch to look, at binoculars, unfortunately didn't have what we wanted in stock, but discussed products which would suit our needs. Adrian very helpful and knowledgeable, giving pros & cons so we can order online

Brilliant camera shop, the staff is very knowledgeable and they have a vast assortment of used cameras and accessories.

Had a slightly unpleasant experience this morning, trying to explain to the server the issue with my film but was met with a patronising air and not given the chance to properly explain before I walked out in frustration. Not sure whether the issue was because I was a female customer who probably didn’t look like they knew anything but would have appreciated a kinder tone. Will not be returning.

It's not often that I review a company but today I received such amazing service from Andy that I wanted to share. Whilst on a shoot this morning, I noticed that I failed to pack my Tripod and I went to LCE in a panic. Andy hired me a suitable tripod for my camera which spared me from the embarrassment of having to cancel my shoot, which was with a new client. The Tripod was great and my shoot went well considering the delayed start so big thank you again Andy for coming to my rescue! I highly recommend this camera shop to all!
