They developed my films for months, very good work, the pictures are scanned and sent by mail too, very good service!
Awful, possibly the worst customer service ever. Staff informed they are not paid enough to care or change things when there is a service issue. They have a monopoly on certain processing and treat customers poorly.
There's a gallery inside, which is fun. The layout is quite enticing for camera purchases. The lady that was working there was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the cameras also.
Just bought a new lens here yesterday and it was not only good but cheap. Staff were very polite and the shop looks great. Definitely worth visiting.
Friendly staff, neat store, great place for getting film developed.
Really rude girl sat listening to music playing on her phone, didn't seem interested in Photography or customers. I've been in a few weekends over the past year and asked for advice, most of the time the same girl has been rude. This is such a shame lomography is a lovely brand, but needs to hire friendly staff who like the brand.

Chicest little shop in the Carnaby Street area. The staff know in detail all the kit they sell and are always keen to help. They also hold workshops downstairs and photo-walks. Lomography is an expensive hobby, and you can't see instant results - but it's FUN.
