How can you rate the bank well when they block your card to use online and not letting you know? Then you go to the branch Bracknell and don’t get help except handling a number to call yourself. The same number I could Google myself though it didn’t answer for ages anyway. So tell me please how the client should solve any issues with you if there is no sufficient help nor in physical bank nor online? By the way, there are no chairs for people to sit while waiting in the bank. You should think about elderly or pregnant women. No, it is definitely not the bank you would like to deal with.
My card was blocked so I decided to visited Bracknell branch for help, rude and unhelpful staff not bothered at all. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Lloyds is currently requesting future customers to open accounts online. Absolutely fair with the ongoing pandemic. But then we bring a proof of address - a tenancy agreement - signed electronically because DUE TO COVID our agency is doing everything online. And they tell us that the proof of address needs to be signed with a pen. Bright.

I have had more problems with this bank than I could ever imagine possible. From poor service, to bad management, to lost bank cards in the mail, and mistakes that have cost me time and money. I nearly closed me account with Lloyds I was so fed up in the end. Unbelievably unprofessional. I ended up going with Barclays across the road, and discovered how having a good bank truly feels.

Rubbish.... yesterday was a same sign on the door. "We are close on 15'th Monday. Today another sign. I ring the Lloyds office, they don't see any details in the system. They say its open today!
Trying to open joint account in branch and spent 1hr filling application then computer system crashed.. staff did thy best but no joy I think LLOYDS need to do something to improve they computer system because I don’t have time to run back forward .. also no callback to update with my application
