People who work 9-5 have absolutely no opportunity to visit the branch now they have shorter opening hours.
We had the pleasure of being dealt with by a lady called Trudy, we had issues with our joint accounts aswell as paying a large amount of funds, she was phenomenal and gave excellent customer service and made us feel at ease! She's an asset to your branch!
Staff are friendly and helpful. Very nice modern and spacious. Lots of utilities like an atm pay in in-store machine. The staff know how to use the mobile app and can help with that.
Spent 30mins filling out forms for a request, which they then lost and claimed I didn't send. Spoke to the employee who stated that she "forgot". Highly unprofessional.
