I started banking with Barclays in Ascot when I was young, but now know that Barclays continue to invest heavily in fossil fuels. It’s very disappointing! I don’t want my money to be fuelling the climate crisis so I have transferred my account to a more ethical bank. Come on Barclays, move with the times.
A bank that closes before 3.30pm? Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. People use highstreet banks for convenience. If they're going to start doing this and never be open then just use Starling and Monzo. They've already got rid of vital services, then the physical staff altogether so you use machines... and now you can't even make it inside before they shut up shop.
I have never been so disgusted with the way I have just been treated today by Barclays customer service. Don't anyone buy the Tech pack as you can't actually claim! They are not interested in sorting out the problem with their CONTRACTOR. Been a costumer for over 30 years but clearly not valued. Need to do much better @barclays bank
The young Lad was more than helpful and I had turned up at the bank which about to close in 5 mins. Just before Xmas he was polite and very helpful. I have never had a problem with any member of staff in there they are always very friendly and try to resolve your problems as much as they can. The only thing that bugs is the new lay out it feels very sterile and cold. I'd much rather deal with a human than be faced with a high tech confusing machine. It was only the machines that let me down in all the years I have banking with them.
What a load of rubbish. We waited for 1.5 hours in the Bank our account can registered for online banking. The lady told us we have to wait personal banker they can do it on their computer. They both appointments . Then she decided to grab her ipad to register the account for online banking. we waited 60 mins we ask for pin entry machines she told us there is none in the bank. We are about to leave the other young girl told that there some in the cupboard. She gave it to us finally.
Really nice staff member Denise I believe yesterday, this used to be a bad review but the staff have changed and its a much nicer branch now.
Tina was incredibly helpful and sorted my issue out for me. Very professional and didn’t have to wait long, every time I’ve popped into this branch they’ve been friendly.

I went into this Barclays branch today and i have been "served" well. The girl i talked to was nice and polite, showed me all i needed. Maybe some of those that wrote a bad review wanted the Bank to give them some money, kinda saying thank you for coming to us today. Put your question straight, or let them help you with all you need, don't try to explain them something they know already. Just let them give you the options they've got to solve your problem. Be happy and polite, always. If they're mean to you when you're nice to them, do you lose something? BLESSINGS TO ALL THE PEOPLE LIVING IN BRACKNELL !!!!
Very bad every time I go there is always a banking machine not working - visited on. Friday lunchtime the other week with 2 machines faulty out of 3 and the queue was nearly out the door -staff not helpful or moaning about customers not the best really for a service I pay for monthly Update - now the bank shuts on Saturday, the only day i can deposit money or do banking, might as well shut it for good now as there as much use a chocolate fireguard
