My experience with Tower Leasing is one of the worst dealings I’ve had with a company in my 10 years of being in business. I needed a new cctv system for my club as it did not longer work correctly and with the nature of my business it is vital I have working CCTV on the premise. Before going ahead with the quote i made it very clear the urgency of making sure this was installed before my opening date, which Tower Leasing promised it would be no problem. Well this was not met and I had to chase on a daily basis with emails and phone calls which were not always followed up on. After spending thousands of pounds on my reopening after being closed for 16 months I was still with out cctv and Tower Leasing still showed no effort to help me get this completed as a matter of urgency. I finally completed on this proposal on my third week of reopening my business. On what was a very stressful time of reopening tower leasing by far added huge amounts of stress and worry to myself as, their service and lack of effort were putting my business in jeopardy for my first three weeks of re opening. I followed up with a complaint as to how I was treated and the service I was provided, to which they feel they were satisfied with how they dealt with my sale. Even their own sales assistant who I was dealing with admitted they were embarrassed with how they had dealt with my case from start to finish. I strongly recommend that if you have a business you steer clear of any dealings with this company. They put my business in jeopardy for nearly 3 weeks which added huge amounts of stress to myself. As well as having the stress to get my business back up and running after being closed for 16 months due to the pandemic, having to chase this company on a daily basis I urge you to find another company who will do what they promise and deliver on their word.
The worst company ever I have been in business for 45 years I have never been to company like this they are releasing telephones out which don't work they are the common people working with other companies to release stuff out and does not never works and they're taking me to court because I cancel the contract they won't cancel it so if there's anybody out there can help me out please avoid avoid avoid this company do not use it whatever you do small companies making to you with CCTV cameras telephone systems and others do not use this tablet company releasing is the worst company I have ever seen
This is the worst finance company we have ever had the misfortune to deal with!! They seem to feel its perfectly ok to hide behind the small print in their documents and do not feel that they have an ethical duty of care to their customers! We took out a 2 year contract for some equipment we needed for our business and all the other finance companies we have ever taken out finance with, have always written to us at least 30 days before the end of the contract to ask if we want to continue with the secondary rental period or end the contract, but Tower Leasing DO NOT DO THIS! As a result, we inadvertantly carried on making the monthly payments. Following an audit of our accounts, our accountant picked up on this so I contacted Tower Leasing to see about getting a refund of the overpayment and they have said that it's basically hard luck and that we should have read the terms and conditions! I agree that you should read the terms and conditions of a contract before signing but the finance company has a duty of care as well to point out the main points of their terms that their customers should be aware of before they sign - it's called dealing with your customers ethically and being upfront and honest! It feels like they don't do this hoping that their customers don't contact them and then they can then get away with carrying on taking money for nothing! Who know how many other people have been caught out - I'm sure we're not the first! If anyone out there has recently signed a contract with them, we would strongly recommend that you take the time to read the terms and conditions very very closely to make sure you are not going to get caught out by anything!! If you are considering signing a contract with them, then tread carefully because you can't rely on their sales people to tell you everything you need to be aware of!! We are definitely never going to deal with them again as they clearly don't care about their customers!!
Can't seam to award less than a star? Never again We used them in good faith through our telephone providers to buy the office and mobile phones. We thought we were signing up to around £150 a month for two years. Subsequently to date they've charged us hundreds of pounds for stuff like insurance, arrangement fees and this months latest over £90 as an anniversary fee.
No stars should be an option! They charged us £88 for a late payment... while we had to close the business for 8 weeks during COVID-19 - WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY!
this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of business life they hound you for money that is not due and secretly tie you into agreements that you cannot get out of without you knowing, do not use this company
We love working with Tower Leasing and the staff are very friendly and always help when we need them. Highly recommend!
This company are nothing less than criminal , they have taken a lot of money from me without my knowledge and have ruined my life .They should be in prison.
