I went into this Barclays branch today and i have been "served" well. The girl i talked to was nice and polite, showed me all i needed. Maybe some of those that wrote a bad review wanted the Bank to give them some money, kinda saying thank you for coming to us today. Put your question straight, or let them help you with all you need, don't try to explain them something they know already. Just let them give you the options they've got to solve your problem. Be happy and polite, always. If they're mean to you when you're nice to them, do you lose something? BLESSINGS TO ALL THE PEOPLE LIVING IN BRACKNELL !!!!

Nobody likes change but to remove the customer facing experience for 3 computer tills I assum is supposed to speed up the throughput? Unfortunately every time I visit 1 or 2 of the new advanced machines is out of order and the queue for the last remaining manned till is very long

Nobody who works/banks here looks happy. God knows what the hand written signs crudely sellotaped to the walls etc mean. It just seems so disorganised and has done for many months though. I would be embarrassed to work here.
