I engaged Romans to sell my flat in Bracknell. Jack Barton has been incredibly proactive through out the the process. Jack and his team have given me weekly updates and Jacks knowledge of the current market has been very helpful. Pleased to say the flat is now sold - thanks so much Jack!

We aren't going ahead with our property purchase with Romans but just wanted to say that the estate agent that showed us around was particularly good. Sometimes you can tell an Estate Agent is a little tired of their job but Jack, the guy who showed us around, was really enthusiastic and knew his stuff.

Giving 1 rating because there is no less. I scheduled my viewing at a certain time and I am coming from feltham to view the property in bracknell approx 40mins journey. Unfortunately my train broke down and it causes me a delay of 17 mins, I still managed to call the office and told them situation and promised them I will be visiting for a viewing and one of the staff from Romans accepted ti don’t wanna name   I forgot to mention , the property is 25 mins from the station. Now, I reached the property and called her to get in, and she then tells me sorry I have left the property , can we reschedule!  I understand there is a delay but Atleast they could have told me before leaving, that could have saved me 25 mins of walk and energy!  This made me total bonkers! Very bad experience with Romans, will not to suggest to anyone!

Bryony was really helpful with everything. When we booked our viewing she answered all our questions and showed us around the apartment which was really nice as another estate agent at a different company just told us to “look around”. Everything went smoothly.

I had a viewing on property this morning and after being asked if I had any children was told we would have to cancel the viewing as it's a landlord stipulation.  This is illigal under the Equality Act 2010 and the landlord allegedly has requested Romans and Agent to discriminate against people with children and deny the right to view/rent.

Had a great experience from Romans in Bracknell all thanks to our estate agent Jack Fisher ! He was so attentive and helpful and really went above and beyond to help make sure our move was as stress free as possible. Very helpful company over all. Donna-Marie Brant our property manager  is also amazing and super helpful. She really does do everything to make you feel at home and although we had some teething problems with the property we went for she was on it straight away for us !

Absolutely thrilled with the services provided by Romans Bracknell,  especially Jack Fisher, amazing person, a real asset to your company. It was a delight to work with Jack, spot on, always so fast in replying and reassuring us of all the steps needed. I have never met such a nice person and professional and in my line of work I do get in contact with all sorts of individuals, and especially after dealing with Chancellors in Slough, I lost all trust in estate agents, and was so disappointed and disgusted by the level of service, Jack has managed to reinforce the idea of what an estate agent should be like.  10 stars not 5!!! Most recommended!!! Highly recommending using their services, you will most definitely not regret.
