Sent a letter about my account and was totally ignored, very rude and terrible customer service.
Rude staff and extremely unhelpful Lost my card and how much hassle was it to get some money when went to the branch. Need new smiley staff not look like they just got out of bed. 1 star is not even worth it
I am self employed and frequently work Saturdays. My wife recently attempted to deposit some cheques for me into the deposit machine that has not worked in six months believe me I have tried with the help of staff. So she had to queue and pay in OTC. Deposit was accepted, card retained as she knew my PIN number which I had given her, she was very upset. If the deposit machines had worked she could have paid in without PIN number, transaction would have been successful no problems, everyone happy. Let me clarify she was paying in funds not making a withdrawal so why retain the card! Staff are trying to get you to use these self service machines with mixed success. Here's a suggestion open up another counter as there is only one ever in use and there are enough another staff milling around. Will be changing over to another bank very soon.
Apparently they have no £1 coins... Waited over 45 minutes for some £1 coins for my son's piggy bank... Incredible for a bank in the 21st century Apparently they don't stock coins... It doesn't take 45 minutes for someone to come out and tell me they don't stock coins.. I always thought Halifax was a bank
Really disappointed with the service I didn’t receive here. Arrived at 3:27pm to be told “sorry we’re closed” advertised hours online were 4.30pm, poster on the door saying closing at 3.30pm due to Covid and despite it being 3 mins before then, the door was closed in my face, literally as I was halfway through speaking to them. Extremely rude and unhelpful. UPDATE YOUR OPENING HOURS ONLINE
The worst customer service Not respect the customer when he walking in to branch speak Very very rude with the customer no good presented Halifax bank
Other banks close at 5pm and work on Saturdays , this bank always got low service.
Not open Saturday, how does that hlep customers who are still working even in lockdown, especially with limited hours during the week now!!!!
