Very disappointed today at the branch, the lady behind the counter upstairs was very rude and seem to not care. I use the place from time to time and most of the staff are very good but this lady wasn’t. What i hate the most is, when you are polite and smile at the staff and they respond the opposite way, this really annoys me. This is why i am starting to use Nationwide instead. I hope this is just a one off.

Wanted to open a savings account for a child, 4 visits and 1 cancelled appointment later and still no closer. The banking industry are notorious for treating new customers better than existing ones. Well if this is their attitude to a new customer, then I certainly not going to inflict them on her as a future, existing customer. Trying to do business with this branch, of this bank has reinforced all the reasons why I prefer internet banking.

Can't fault the opening hours. Branch seems too big and in need of modernisation. Staff very helpful and friendly

Absolute joke, terrible customer service. Booked an appointment and were kept waiting and waiting. No one bothered to assist us when we entered the branch. Lots of frustrated people wondering around waiting. Coffee machine is filthy and out of order to top it all off!

If you want to become invisible it's very easy. Just enter the foyer of this bank! No-one will acknowledge you are there!
