Classic example of a modern bank, no people on the desks a que 10 people deep at all times. Just not enough staff serving people. I can't blame the staff but it is a poor experience. I'm guessing they're trying to make it so bad so you just have to do everything online. I have to waste a lot of my life in this place just to get change and have even qued up for 20 mins to be told they don't have any.

Had to visit the branch twice with my partner and both times received ridiculous customer service..

No customer focus, the attitude stunk. As we went on a Saturday the feeling we got was to hurry up as they want to go home.

The first advisor shrugged his shoulders said he can't locate our details and wasn't willing to go for a deeper search.

The second time the lady was so rude and her attitude stunk. Every question or query we had her response was 'you need to go online'. If this was the case what was the need of her?

So going online to fix our issue we get told it is something only the branch can resolve...

Waste of 2 visits and time.
