It's really great that I can go through Google to get to the Castle & Crystal Website, however, the website isn't always working in it will not accept my account details and it won't allow me to sign in, even tho I've used it the day before !!!
I really do think that the Castle & Crystal should design an app that can be downloaded to your phone, computer etc and it will be much easier to access ! I am housebound,  if I cannot get access to the website I have to get my friend to take me in his car so that I can talk to someone. Going out is extremely stressful for me and leaves me in severe pain. 
I just think that C&C should design an app.
I cannot fault the staff at the Dudley Branch, they are AMAZING, and think nothing of putting themselves out to help you with any problem you may have.
