POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had a call from a staff in this branch who I will not name due to security purposes. This individual called me by saying “Hello am I speaking to so and so can I have your DOB” I was like who are you?? I mean how is someone supposed to know who’s calling i you don’t introduce yourself from the start? I personally think they are very inexperienced in what they are doing or they are not fit for customer services because it got me feeling terrified at start.

Nevertheless, I will not be going to this branch again whatsoever as the service has been outrageous. It’s not what you think like a big company should be at high standards of customer services and this branch especially needs to fix things up ASAP!
