worst branch,  one cashier forcing you to use a automatic paying machine that doesn't read cheques half the time. bring back traditional banking

Try to Use bank branch as web timing was till17:00 it's 16:43 and its closed for the day either change timing so we don't waste our time or try to be punctual with timings

i found them so unhelpful ,  asked for someone to show me how to open a savings account and was told to do it myself at home , as i am not that good on computers and now ti have bolloxt it all up i shall be making a complaint ton the area manager , idle people

This is probably the worst Lloyds TSB branch. Cashiers are not helpful, and Bank Manager (Mark Osborne) never try to help you. Instead he will do everything to avoid you, by saying he is too busy to talk to you. Go to Merry Hill branch, at least they know what they are doing down there.
