I found exactly what I wanted and the staff were helpful in arranging delivery. My experience has been slightly marred by the arrival through the post of materials offering insurance services I have already declined. I also declined for Currys PC World to contact me so it's disappointing that they have chosen this aggressive marketing.

PC world up to tricks again.... Promoting stuff where the offer has expired.... In this instance... On HP printers with "free ink". Offer ended 31/12/17. Still in store 27 January 2018 😡 Phoned central number - not interested. No call returned from store in Weston 😡

Reserved item, which was in stock, drove into Weston to get it, paid for it, still showing in stock, chaps went to collect it from stores, nothing, looked on shelves on shop floor, 2 there, but no bases for them, so these kettles can never be used. However, I did end up better off, as they offered up a more expensive, same brand same colour, as way of recompense. Low score is for the 45 mins it took to sort it out, otherwise thankyou.

The staff were friendly and well knowledgeable, they were able to answer my questions but if they weren’t they could easily go find the answer with out much of a wait. The store is clean and well laid out with a wide variety of products at a reasonable price. The knowhow service are easy to use and very professional, will use again!

An OK range of items, at OK prices. My limited interactions there have been poor, re customer service. The first time, the employee was rather sexist towards my partner. We went elsewhere. The second, they attempted to push a product which was not only expensive for what it was, it was also dishonestly pushed. Others may have had his experiences. Personally, I would go anywhere but here.
