The staff are friendly, but I miss the technical expert who used to work here, who sold me my best computer.nThe market has changed, I feel like if they could shut the stores & go fully online shopping, they would. But I'm old, disabled & liked the old fashioned idea of visiting, buying & taking home to use, rather than look at the online store with a staff member, then order in what I want.nDisabled parking is available, but is limited. It is also difficult to get out of a space when trying to leave, due to being located right next to the entrance.nStaff are friendly, if a little over eager to get the sale done as fast as possible. Having worked in retail, I know the systems, so know that this is company policy & it is not the fault of staff.nI miss the good old days of buying cheap electrical goods, that failed after a fortnight & had to be taken back three times to get one that works for a year! And they say progress is good...

Purchased myself a camera from here recently and had amazing service from a guy called Johnny. He was amazing in explaining different cameras and which one would be ideal for what I wanted to photograph.nnThey didn't have the product in store when I bought it but it got delivered for collection very quickly and efficiently.nnI'm loving my new camera, Thank you Johnny!

I purchased a gift card yesterday and there were a couple of hiccups with the till. Straight away the staff were really helpful and were able to resolve it. Special shout-out to the lady who initially served me, she made my day by complimenting my outfit and saying I look like a fairy  love it

The reason is the fact Deborah works there ,she was very rude and argumentative towards my broken returned laptop which was 4 months old! I have the protect and care plan but she tried telling me no they will not fix that because its been more than 30 days ...... the day before a gentleman called max who worked there was really helpful and advised I get a USB stick to transfer all my data from said broken laptop and Purchase another to make sure i don't loose/forget any data I need , Deborah was not interested at all she wanted a reaction which is what she got ,she then proceeds to say max shouldn't of served you yesterday hes not trained!!..... he only jumped on the till because they were short staffed ,every corner of that building had at least x1 employe stood there if not x2 having a chin wag ,so I wont be returning to curry's unill that horrible woman Deborah has left the premises,

Today I ordered a computer, and I was assisted by a guy named Ersin. He was very attentive, friendly, and always smiling. He helped me a lot and made the whole process easy. I really appreciate having someone like him to help customers. Well done for having such great people on your team
