Proactive professional courtesy from point of enquiry, speed of service excellent, 32 free point bike check booked in at 1430, quote received within an hour, work concluded by 1930 fully repaired same day, serviced as quoted, ready to take away to get me back on the road next day. Exceptional service and customer care. Would recommend. Staff carried my mountain bike for me to tgr first level service area and carried to my boot on collection for transporting bike home. Bike was cleaned and spotless, like brand new.
Went in with my bike Giant talon 2 I had a couple questions and was happy to help. He proceeded to fill my tyres to the right pressure and also cleaned my chain and lubed it. Excellent customer service. Mike is the guy you want to go to!
Great service received from Halfords when I needed a new battery. Within a couple of hours I ordered it online and then had it fitted by their very friendly staff, while I had a coffee. Thanks Halfords.
