Large monument dedicated to those who lost their lives working in the engine room on ships around that time. Initially just for RMS Titanic but by the time it was unveiled it was then to honour all engine room staff.
Excellent interpretation panel that explains the role of the engine room staff. They are too often overlooked
This statue could have been a little bit larger. Although It is great that a memorial has been built, and the location is beautiful I do not recommed go just to see it. Make sure you go to the Beatles statue first which is 100 meters away, then walk towards the memorial. The gulls sound make it cool.
This is a place where all details and things displays, which is used in Titanic boat. Entry is free. Place is located on Liverpool piers. Needs atleast one hours for that. Very nicely present all things which is used in Titanic cruise. They shown all details Must visit this place.
I was expecting something more.Wait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Thought it was going to be a bit bigger or something with the way its marked on Google maps but still worth a visit and nice walk along there.
Located by the exit to the steam packet terminal so only noticed as driving past.
So Titanic was never in Liverpool : But still that is a nice memorial.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
