To be fair...they’re dealing with over 2000 calls an hour to answer queries about the tax procedure and implications of the furlough scheme. You can access all the information you need online without holding in a queue. HTH
calling outside UK and had to wait more then 30 minutes and then advisor take time. is this a good services?
Told by a machine they were too busy after 15 mins of waiting. Nice one
Took my details then just hung up
Took my details on the automated service and then just hung up. Doesn't seem safe and secure nevermind the customer service
So poor service you wait a life time for them to answer your phone call its unreal
Spent 20 minutes waiting to get through to an advisor and when I finally do get through, im cut off after 30 seconds. Awful.
Put on hold for a hour and half for the call handler ro hand up 10 seconds into the conversation, absolute jokes.
Twice i phoned up today an got threw an I could hear them but they couldn't hear me but I can phone anyone else an its fine is there a fault at there end ?
Nightmare. If you try and call them you're on hold for over 30 minutes and sometimes get cut off before you've even spoken to anyone. Their online web chat just says that all their advisers are busy at the moment and nobody ever becomes available to talk to you. Unbelievable that a government service is run so poorly. VERY unhappy.
