A centre for excellence in puppetry

Story

London's only purpose-built puppet theatre with shows for all ages. Founded in 1962 by John Wright we create shows celebrating puppetry that also travel nationally and internationally as well as hosting visiting shows. Next to the theatre stands the workshop where all the puppets are lovingly made by our puppet makers for our shows.

One of the best places for a trip with children. Very well put together, great plays, engaging and interesting for children and adults. Parking may be a problem. Well worth a visit if you live in london or are visiting.
Cant rate this place highly enough. Have been to many shows here with under 2's and everyone has been professional and well acted and directed . All are tailored to the, hugely engaging for young children and reasonably priced. The quality is so high the child needs no prior knowledge of the story to enjoy it.
Lovely little theatre where stories are brought to life by wonderful performers. Thoroughly enjoyed the Wolves in the Walls and last year also watched Noah's Ark. Keep up the great work.
