Story

Hill Farm, Little Massingham is a Georgian farm house, built in the traditional Norfolk brick and flint style. It is nestled in 17 acres of parkland and paddocks. Surrounded by an abundance of wildlife, with resident barn owls, hares, breeding English and French partridge, red kites, dragonflies amongst the more usual animals and insects. We have a beautiful walled garden and a newly painted hard tennis court. The B&B rooms are situated in a secluded courtyard at the rear of the property, accessed from a private drive. They have been newly converted from an old stable block and decorated to a exceptionally high standard, whilst retaining some of the original features.
