Easily the best letting agent I've ever had. Lilicroft were responsive, communicative and flexible for the two and a half years we were with them. This small, family-run business has been a pleasure to work with from the day we first viewed the property to the day we moved out. Their background in maintenance makes them pragmatic and efficient when issues arise (which thankfully didn't happen often). House inspections and maintenance visits were always preceded by plenty of warning, and were carried out professionally. Feedback was then given promptly and fairly. We were given plenty of warning (and flexibility on dates) when the landlord eventually decided to sell the property, and Lilicroft was quick to offer assistance finding a new place. Could not recommend Lilicroft Lettings more.

Lilicroft are a lovely local agency, by far the most pleasant experience we've had whilst renting. Very quick to respond to any queries, and always happy to help

Over the last 12 years we've dealt with few different agencies ( some nasty )  but non of them can compete with Lilicroft. 
It is family run business and I guess this is why the customer service is excellent and more personal. 
They are very professional and thorough and communicating was always  fast ,easy and hustle free. 
If anyone asks about letting agency  ,we will always direct them to Lilicroft letting first.

Extremely dissatisfied and disheartened with the service provided, with communication approaching threatening at times. Have now unfortunately had to seek alternative rent arrangements. Furthermore, the extortionately high 'reference checking fees' were never refunded, despite no evidence of them ever being carried out; Lilicroft even had the nerve to request more money after we informed them that we would be withdrawing due to the poor service provided. Absolutely disgraceful would be an immeasurable understatement.

To other customers, I write with utmost sincerity when I say take your business elsewhere. Almost any alternative is better than the appalling, abusive service offered by Lilicroft, who will see you as nothing but sources of profit. The horrendous service I received, as similarly stated in the other 1-star review below, has indeed cost me a great deal of time and money with nothing to show for it; this seems to be a recurring theme for Lilicroft.

EDIT: The glib response below from this company is a typical example of the lack of respect shown for, and willingness to attack and insult, its customers. More importantly; it is an outright lie. How dare you accuse me of 'leaving high and dry' the people I have known for years. Shame on you.

My partner and I rented a property via Lilicroft Lettings from 2012 - 2016. They were always courteous and professional. We would recommend them to anyone looking for rental accommodation in the Cambridge area.
