Small and friendly but very professional! They always had time and understanding for me, all issues were sorted out quickly... I couldn't imagine better agency! My experience as a tenant was highly satisfying and I highly recommend Admiral Estates!

I was a tenant at a property managed by Admiral Residential for just over 2 years. They are a bit expensive (not by much compared to the competition), but the service is excellent - all the issues I came across were resolved within a couple of days. Now that I am a landlord myself, I can appreciate how challenging this is. Highly recommended.

As a landlord I would highly recommend Admiral Estates.  Geoff and Merryl have been brilliant; a few years ago I was in the position of needing to evict a tenant and they handled the process professionally and swiftly.  It is a false economy to try to handle everything yourself; paying an agent with years of knowledge and experience gives you peace of mind.  You think it's never going to happen to you but when it did I was so grateful they were there.  In fairness to them they had advised me against taking on this particular tenant initially.

I was also a tenant in one of their properties when I was a single mum on my own and they showed kindness and understanding through a very difficult time.
