Nothing beats Lidls bakery. Fresh hot croissants and the doughnuts are top of the lot!! Good bargains to be had . Also their ice creams and lollies and after lunch puddings are best. Well worth going
Great quality of food products. The bakery from the Lidl is one of the best! Good stock of products and helpful staff. I can see Lidl is growing even larger with its business.nnIt would be five stars if Lidl would let us use the vouchers for a little longer than a week. I.e, £2, £10 vouchers for lidl plus must be used by a week or else they will get expired.
Variable snack produce snaktastic team needs some work : the spicy flavour hoops are amazing! Chilli tortillas are giving....nothing! Staff are lovely tho!
The store is ok although sometimes shelves are often missing the best bargain items not re-stocked. I was persuaded by their staff to download the Lidl app and it takes a little longer to pay for stuff also the last two times at the Alnwick store the free bakery item won from the app was not available and I spoke to the manager and she told me if I waited around for at least 30 minutes they would bake some more lol.
Great prices & wide range of produce and other goods. Best place to pick up a bargain on chocolate bars! It has some nice items for thos ethnic dishes as well and at unbeatable prices ! I keep coming back because Lidl has an entire row of goods that they don't normally stock but they come by rarely and they price at very competitive prices. No 2 times I have gone have they had the same goods. Really love the International variety they exhibit here!
