Wonderful food, lovely setting, very helpful staff. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room, but a quick call and they'll bring it to your room at no cost. Fantastic.

Food was inedible. Service was disjointed. Drink was expensive. The place is an embarrassment to itself. Would not recommend to an enemy!

Such a beautiful venue for a wedding reception and party. It was a beautiful Summers evening with tables and chairs outside but the steps out didn't have hand rails. Tricky! Luckily my husband helped me as he understands my M.S. The food was delicious with a proper hog roast. Mmm! I never knew that this place existed but I would like to visit it again.

Lovely building, originally hospital provided by Levers for workers and residents of Port Sunlight. Now 'luxury' hotel, it's nice, but looking a bit tired. Pretentious ideas don't equal luxury, e.g. menu on iPad, but menu itself is very limited with various things most people wouldn't understand. Staff have awful uniform of cardigans and converse!! Nice and quiet, if that's what you like, and great location for exploring Port Sunlight, and Wirral, and easy to get to Liverpool by train.
