I want to say that I've had my hamstring sports injury for the last 1-2 years and I can say without hesitation that Raj’s alternative techniques were by far more effective than any other sports massage therapist I've ever had; all this after only one session!  I could feel all the toxins begin to disperse a few hours after, and the next day the other muscles linked to the hamstring had released - my leg felt so much lighter!  Thank you Raj for such a personalised massage that's tailored to the exact needs of your client.  I'll be having regular massages with you from now! 5*s for excellent service and professionalism.

Raj’s had been great in treating and maintaining an ongoing back and neck issue caused by bad posture and stressed, as well as assorted other old injuries I had given up on ever getting back on track.  Raj’s has an innate understanding of where the problem areas are, sometimes even before I do!  As far as I'm concerned he's essential to keeping me pain free and fit. I had regular treatment once or twice in the month. Highly recommended therapist and honest.

Agree with the comments posted! Raj understands the body. I too, have tried many massage therapists over the years. Raj is the best! He has a wealth of qualifications/knowledge so varies techniques to suit. I trust his opinion. He cares about the results achieved! Highly recommended!

As a personal trainer/ sports coach  who has been immensely engaged in physically sport and doing weights as part of my typical fitness routine all my adult life, I have tried many different types of massage but never found something which has acted as a suitable preventative treatment to assist me in preventing injury and helped me to recover from injury quickly. Just two weeks ago, I was under tremendous muscular strain and discomfort in my lower back area, after a recent training accident and I was desperately looking for an experienced deep tissue massage/sports massage, to help alleviate my injury. I felt immediate relief following on from my first session and I have gone from strength to strength from the ensuing sessions. I am already back on training and I genuinely feel like a new person. Chrosphero Raj consultative approach to treatment, is unique in my experience and he is already helping me address other minor issues with my physique, which I otherwise would not have noticed until injury. Thank you. Highly recommend therapist. George
