Faultless stay, staff are fantastic, greet you, even the housekeeping, couldn't do enough for you in the bar & grill. Breakfast was very nice good choice & hotter than normal Buffet breakfast. The pool,Jacuzzi, sauna steam room very nice used it twice. The food in the eve was pleasantly good, rooms clean & everything you need. Would recommend & return.
The hotel is good, with great facilities. I used the gym, which is well equipped and very clean. I didn't use the pool, but it looked good. I stayed at the hotel, as I was working in the area and will definitely be booking again to stay. The staff are all friendly and cannot do enough for you. Rooms: The rooms are basic, but nice and clean and warm.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable but the breakfast wasn't the best. I also didn't like the fact that there was a big bright menu in the room but there was no phone. One more bad thing, when you go to the pool with your children you have to be in the pool with them the whole time. I know that it is safe but if they are 9 and older then I am sure they are fine but that's only if they can swim. I know I've said alot of negative things but overall I've had a very nice stay
Village hotel on the Wirral. Friendly staff on reception and in the bar area. Room was large enough for two people with a large TV Very nice powerful shower. Breakfast included in the bar the following morning. Also a gym with swimming pool but we didn't use these. Like other Village hotels ideal for a weekend away.Rooms: 4/5
I was pleasantly surprised as I've not stayed in a Village branded hotel before. We booked a club room which was large and comfortable with a big TV which included some Sky Sports channels which was a surprise. The shower was very nice and we had access to the pool and spa facilities which were again surprisingly good at that price point. We ate at the hotel and although a little expensive the food was good quality. We will be visiting Liverpool again and will stay here again next time.
Staff are great. Very friendly & obliging as cant do enough for you. So nothing can be laid at the door of the employees & hotel management. However, The Village Hotel Group have done themselves a great disservice having changed their image from what was once were quality, classy, clean establishments to dark dismal & depressing hotels throughout the country.
We hosted my sons 1st Birthday at the Village Hotel at the weekend and we couldn't have been happier with how it went. It was well organised, Sean who was in charge of the event on the day was never very far away if we needed anything and the food was great and plenty of it. Denise on the events team was always on hand on the lead up to the day helping with any queries. She couldn't do enough and was able to accommodate any requests we had. This is the second event we've had at this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
Long awaited return since Covid and enjoyed our stay again. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly helpful staff particularly Julieblonde who really took care of us at breakfast. We are both disabled and Julie made sure we had everything we needed. Everywhere was clean and tidy. We have been staying at village Hotels for years and recently I feel the standard of decor and repairs have dropped so they are not as “posh” as they used to be…I miss the Espa spa too… but it is reflected in the lower cost and offers available. The one thing that stands out about the Wirral hotel above all the others is the friendly efficient staff!
Stayed here whilst working locally. Had dinner here, staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfy. Good breakfast in the morning, have stayed before... will stay again.Rooms: 5/5
It's hard to find the words to justify just how amazing the team are at Village hotel, Brombrough. Nicky went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We returned to the area, having grown up in Bebington for a family emergency and the care and kindness shown by Nicky and her team restore faith in humanity and make this hotel stand out from the crowd. I simply can't thank thank them enough. We will be back very soon. Facilities, food, rooms and service is 5 star!!
