Just caused me £100 of damage and would not accept that if a powerful water jetter is too close to the bonnet stickers on a Mini Cooper, it will pull them up, which is what just happened to mine. I was even more angry when asked to pay full price!! I was given my money back after I said I'm surprised you're even charging me after damaging my car! I certainly wouldn't trust them doing an engine clean or any of their other services! Rude man who first laughed at the damage then said a stone must have done it (a stone doesn't make a sticker peel off!). When I said I'm a regular customer, he said well I don't recognise you!! Well normally I don't get out of my car, only did on this occasion as was getting a valet too! That was one expensive car wash!

I visit once every couple of weeks; the mainly young people who work here are friendly, efficient and thorough.  And I leave knowing that I'll feel proud of how my car looks for the next couple of weeks.
It's very cheap-cheaper than a machine wash (£5 for wash and wax-leave gleaming!) And I'm happy knowing that some training has been given to the mainly young people who work hard to make your motor gleam.

I am not sure what they spray onto your wheels in order to polish them, but I have special alloys with what was a black plastic centre, after visiting the car wash last week I  noticed after leaving and arriving home that the centre of the wheels were now a light sand colour with patches of the original black remaining. I returned to the Car Spar and pointed this out to the manager who denied any liability.  So just be warned. But to be fair in general they do a good job, This has cost me £146.00 for new hub caps.
