Went here last night for “Pete Wicks: Never Enough Live with Vicky Pattison” and really enjoyed it. Beautiful little theatre, neatly tucked away in the heart of Leicester Square among the busy hubbub of the entertainment sector of London. Would absolutely come back here again. Staff were very kind and friendly, everything was easy to find, space was comfortable.
Went to see Ricky and friends. Easy to find from Leicester Square. Nice venue with right size of room. Friendly staff in the ticket desk. There were 3 bar options. Toilets were extremely tiny.
Good, but sometimes obscure, comedy shows. Good value for money. Shows are typically £15-20. There are two bars inside the seating area, but they close when the show is running. There is another bar downstairs which has draught beers & I think it stays open until the end of the show Picture of Count Binface being interviewed by Richard Herring.
Cute little theatre situated next door to The Prince Charles Cinema. Quite a small venue, so I feel wherever you are seated you will get a good view. Bar staff were super friendly and very efficient. Really enjoyed the show and will definitely return for another performance.
A very nice theatre with good viewing and basic seating and bars around the place.
Small but perfectly formed quite hard to find if you've never been, though. Women's toilets fine, although only 3 and when I went no soap in the soap dispenser and no hand dryer. After reading the reviews, I expected them to be awful. But then I went to the 'other' ladies' loos instead of the signposted ones avoids the inevitable huge queues for the ladies As soon as you see the signs for the ladies loos next to the bar, keep walking through the doors so you're directly in front of the staircase out, and to your left there's a staircase down and there are men & women's toilets and a bar. On the way down, have a look at the portraits of stars who've performed there; it seems to be a rite of passage for most well-known stars. There's also a bar directly outside the auditorium and 2 inside the auditorium. Sat with a friend in I 16 and I 17 and had a perfect view; straight in the eyeline of Ben Willbond/Larry Rickard from Horrible Histories/Yonderland/Ghosts, & later Bridget Christie, at the RHLSTP Richaed Herring's Leicester Square Theatre Podcast podcast. Next time, if I can, I'll sit in 16/17 but a couple rows ahead. But all views are good. Even during the interval when I went to the auditorium bar I saw the view from the bar stools with the stage set up for Bridget's podcast - they film 2 podcasts in one day which was perfect, if a little far away. It's a small 400-seat theatre, so every seat will be good apart from the couple in front of speakers right at the front. Ben and Larry and Bridget Christie were so lovely, spending likely hours meeting the 400 fans queueing outside the show finished at 10pm, I left at about 10:50pm and I was quite early on in the queue. Thr queue ended up going all the way down the street. Gutted to miss Bridget, but I got to meet Ben & Larry 15 years in the making since I grew up watching Horrible Histories, as did a lot of people there, and they were so lovely, I managed to make Larry laugh & even got a hug from Ben
Nice little theatre, basic, has a few bars inside
Love this venue and have seen so many great shows there. Been twice this week. Last night was 'six chick flicks', which was fantastic - highly recommend you see it, not just for the ladies!
Intimate venue right near Chinatown and other trendy locations so great for a night out. Our tickets were reasonably priced which is not easy in London and drinks weren't too bad either. Loved the jinkx monsoon show, I'd definitely visit again.
Small venue just round the corner from Leicester Square "proper". You might even walk past it without realising. Venue holds about 400, with decent seating and you're pretty much guaranteed a good view of the stage. If you're planning on going to the bar downstairs before a comedy gig, it's a lot smaller than the main venue itself, so get there early. The bar and venue staff were all very friendly & helpful. When I visited, there were two shows on the same night, so don't plan on spending the full evening there, but given the area, there's plenty of options for food & drink both before & after a gig.
