When we walked up to the kiosk there was no attendant on duty which could have been a real problem since we were due nearby for a show. The employee was helpful though once he arrived and we went on our way. Great location, easy to find and plenty else to do and see nearby.
Great tickets for unbelievably cheap prices. These guys are the real deal! Staff are super lovely and helped us answer all our questions and see us off to kinky boots! Would definitely use again!
Prices for our tickets were good however when booking online in advance we weren't informed on our booking confirmation that ticket pick-up would be from this location as opposed to the theatre box office hence causing a stressful sprint across London just before the show began. Concerning that they requested no ID or reference number when picking up the tickets meaning anyone could've tried to claim them. Spelling on the envelope of our tickets was also rather terrible which was a suprise.
Great company! I booked tickets both at the box office in Leicester Square and through the website and I'll definitely use the service again. Great deals and prices! Going to see Book of Mormon next week and will definitely check LSBO to get tickets!
Leicester square box office is my go-to ticket outlet, they have seats even when they seem to be sold out and prices are always the best on the market. I use the website as well as it is simple and efficient. Great customer service as well!
They lie when selling the ticket!!! When I was buying tickets, I asked to show me on the seat map where our seats will be. The cashier pointed in one place, and in reality seats were at completely different place. So actually when I was paying money, I did it for different seats than I got. In my opinion it's fraud wjen a seller deliberately misleads a buyer.
I went to Leicester Square today with the intention of going to TKTS which is the one that gets all the fanfare. On my way I ran into LSBO and figured I would try to get tickets for Jersey Boys but the real musical I wanted to see was The Book of Mormon. Much to my surprise they had tickets for 39.50 GBP and 69.50 GBP which are a nice discount. It's a small theater so I took the 39.50 seat and it was great - saw the whole hilarious play unobstructed. If you try to buy these tix anywhere online the wait is huge and the prices are outrageous so I recommend a walk to these guys. I got there at 1PM and got a ticket for Book of Mormon 7:30PM show on Saturday night same day!!!
The system let us down. But we managed to buy tickets online. I put 4 because the employee was helpful
Great selection of West End shows and really helpful staff. They are a registered agency, so you can be sure to have authentic tickets and good prices. Worth checking out.
Always good for tickets to shows. Not always cheaper but good for last minute, well informed staff
