Stepping into The Leather Exchange is like taking a trip back in time, where the rich history of London's leather trade meets the comfort of a classic British pub. With its nostalgic ambiance and a soundtrack that spans the golden decades of music, this pub offers a truly unique experience. Whether it's for the carefully curated selection of ales or the mouth-watering buttermilk chicken burger, The Leather Exchange is a hidden gem just a stone's throw from London Bridge. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day's exploration or to gather with friends for an evening of good food, great drinks, and lively conversation. A must-visit for anyone looking for an authentic slice of London's pub culture!
The Leather Exchange is the best pub that I have visited, after visiting many of them in London Bridge area, to watch any sport event. The selection of beer is wide alongside with a really fancy food menu. The service is also stunning. It is a must.Food: 5/5
Hopped in for a quick pint on a pubcrawl before the euro's final. Had a great chat with the Landlord Ian who kindly offered some complementary shots for the group. Will definitely stop again next time I'm in London Bridge.Service: 5/5
Called into this attractive pub yesterday for a drink. Lovely staff and excellent decor. We will definitely return and have some food which looked great.Service: 5/5
This is NOT a Celtic pub! Do not come here to watch Celtic, or at all. There is no food. No sound, unnecessarily aggressive and unpleasant management. Stay away. Lots of better Celtic pubs in London. Nonetheless, we’re winning 5-0 - Mon The Hoops!
Nice Fuller's pub in good location in Bermondsey. Not too crowded on the Saturday night I went there so more comfortable than other bars in the area. They were showing the rugby on the TV.Service: 4/5
Thanks Ian for a fantastic evening ! I highly recommend for private party or even for a chill beer in a really nice pub ! Ian the owner was very lovely and paid close attention details. He make sure we were happy on the night and we had everything we needed ! Thanks again !
Terrible service, we asked politely to turn the sound on for the football, having been in earlier for the previous game where it was on and were told no because the barman didn't want to even though every single paying customer was on to watch the game. It felt like it was done out of spite. The manager came down and backed up his barman by saying that he found it funny watching us from upstairs where he made it clear he could see and hear the game. Awful. Don't go there!
Very nice, small pub. Serves food at decent prices, freshly cooked and quickly served. We were there in a Sunday afternoon and it was quite empty, so plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
A nice local pub - Fuller's London Pride is served on the tap. Sometimes it's crowded, but more often it's quiet and you can chill out with the music. Some reviews mentioned issues with service quality; my visit was perfectly fine - staff were friendly.
