We have been here that many times now we are becoming part of the furniture. The staff are lovely the food is excellent and the cocktails are the best you will find anywhere. It is a place I have recommended to lots of people. Everyone that we have brought here has had nothing but praise for the place. Keep up the good work lakeside.. 😙 Also the few bad reviews on here are clearly by people that like to moan for no good reason. I advise people not to take the bad reviews to heart as they are simply incorrect. The place is small so yes sometimes you may have to book or wait for a table that's just how it goes.

Wow! We got a full English breakfast - at 4pm, lovely it was! The menu looks fantastic so we’ll be back here again. And the service was outstanding! Oh and there’s free WiFi What a place!

We cslled in ni booking was really bysy they couldnt have been more accommodating. Cheese board was huge, scones lovely and fresh, great coffee and wine choices

This is my favourite restaurant. The food is always consistently good, the staff are lovely and the atmosphere in the restaurant is just right. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a bottle of wine I have never had anything that I have not been completely happy with.
