Horrific experience!!! Was given change for a fiver when I paid with a tenner (this was the second time I had been in this morning as I was originally going to pay on card but they do not offer this facility so I went down the road to the cash point). When I pointed out the error I was accused of trying to scam him out of a fiver. How insulting?? Clearly a man who is judging everybody else by his own standards! I actually feel sorry for the female cooking the sandwhiches in the back as it actually tasted nice, but the man on the front was such a bully I struggled to enjoy anything, I actually left the shop shaking and on the verge of tears cause I am not a fan of confrontation but He didn’t seem to mind so much. There was no customer care from the moment I walked in, and as for the fiver you so very cleverly SCAMMED me out of - you’re welcome to it as I won’t be spending another penny in there to contribute to a rude bully!

Wrong order also the bacon was black and felt hard, didnt seem like it was cooked fresh. There were 5 beans and they were drownded in chopped tomatoes wich werent asked for either.
