Expensive and unethical hot drinks outlet with overpriced snacks, catering for the travelling sales person or business meeting venue. The homogonised atmosphere is not conducive to a warm welcome with abrupt unfriendly staff giving a neutral experience at best!

This was a 5 star review when first opened, but now a 2 star at best. Service is friendly, but often painfully slow. Moreover, the quality of the drinks has dropped significantly and often orders are wrong. Used the drive through several times and they need to invest in a new system, as every time I've had to repeat my order at least 4 times-although on my last visit I discovered this may also be down to the fact there to busy talking to each other about there social lives to actually listen to the customer! Updated: 09.03.17 nothing’s changed-had 3 attempts at my drink this evening as to busy chatting and still not right-gave up in the end! :( PS. Avoid going Sunday nights as full of boy racers who take over the carpark!

If I could give it no stars I would ! .Second time bought a drink just to find they have topped half the cup up with cream so £4 for half a cup of coffee! Train your staff correctly!

Excellent Coffee House.. Lots of choice and really friendly staff.. Perfect place for a leisurely coffee or a quick take-away over the counter or through the drive through.. Coffee as it is intended to taste..

Nice new building with plenty of parking. Convenient location with good access to the motorway and Wakefield. Nice inside, clean and the tables were clear and clean the times I've been.
