This bright airy store is amazing with thousands of cooking, baking and it seems every other food/drink preparation device that is made. I recommend allowing at least an hour to browse all the display stands. Don't leave without visiting the restaurant upstairs whether you want coffee and cake or something more substantial. The menu is full of special treats. Make sure you are hungry if you order afternoon tea.

Lakeland customer services and product ranges are fantastic The catalogues are big and colourful. Customer call centre people are very friendly and smile down the phone and have extensive knowledge on products you want to buy. Delivery is very good and items come packaged well in sturdy cardboard boxes. A very big thank you to everyone at Lakeland. Keep it up! I love being their customer. Customer is king at Lakeland. Bought lots of chocolates from them today Merry Christmas and a very happy New year.

I have been shopping at Lakeland Windermere since it was a prefab in the car park...40 years!!!.my kitchen is filled with all manner of products..pans..gadgets..All shapes and sizes of bake ware.. always impressed with quality and customer care. Have shopped on line and visited windermere hundreds of times However have always wondered why you guys have not introduced a loyalty card scheme..a little reward now and again to show appreciation to such loyalty would be most welcome.

Lakeland's customer service is second to none! I recently lost the paddle for my Lakeland ice cream maker and asked Lakeland if it was possible to get another paddle. Not only did Lakeland find me a paddle, but they sent it to me free of charge with their compliments. I can't speak highly enough of this company, they really are like a breath of fresh air. Thank you Lakeland and keep up the good work!

Great location and lovely modern shop. lots of space to walk around and doesnt get too busy. Helpful staff and lots of parking space. huge selection of household items and food.
